 
                                    Maintain Your Calm
There is typically a link between confidence and calmness. 
If you are confident about a task, you will most
                                                likely be calm about completing it. When you are unsure about yourself, you are more likely to be stressed or
                                                nervous. 
Even when you're under stress and pressure, trying to be calm will make you feel more confident.
It is helpful to understand how to relax in order to accomplish this. One should learn at least one relaxation technique that can be used when you're anxious. This might be as simple as taking some slow, deep breaths in and out.

Breathing deeply and regularly is an excellent method to relax as it's quick and easy. 
                                                
Begin by taking a slow, deep breath in, preferably through your nose. Draw it down to your stomach. Exhale
                                                slowly through your mouth. This should be done ten times. 
                                                
This is something you should do a couple of times a day, or whenever you start to feel anxious. It slows
                                                you down and helps you remain calm
