Myth: Positive Thinking = Optimist Thinking
Positive thinking is insufficient. You can maintain smiling or accepting
your circumstances without being furious, but it may become much more
difficult if negative things continue to happen.
It is not enough to speak a few positive words, daydream for a few
minutes, or expect things to improve without doing anything, for
positive thinking to function and bring results. Positive thinking
necessitates consistent positive action, even in the face of challenges
and difficulties. To gain actual results, you must also act on a
physical level, doing things, working, studying, and taking advantage of
fresh possibilities that can help you achieve your goal.
However, if you're optimistic, which implies you believe your issues aren't permanent, neither personal nor widespread, you can easily overcome big barriers.
