Stop being a perfectionist and instead concentrate on the process in all you do. Perfectionism is a modern-day disorder (some individuals develop atelophobia), and everyone has fallen to it. However, contrary to popular opinion, perfectionism does not accelerate your progress.
Instead, it's slowing you down because when you're methodically attempting to manufacture or construct something ideal, you're actually halting the process. You're concentrating on stuff that may or may not be significant. You're working too hard. It's a waste of time!
Atelophobia is a fancy word that means a fear of being imperfect.
“Believing that we are incomplete and imperfect and separate from God, which is the most untrue thing we could believe, causes us terrible suffering.” Christopher D. Wallis
Recognize your flaws
Being a perfectionist is not the same as wanting to be the best version of yourself. A perfectionist is never satisfied with who they are, how they appear, or how they are performing. To be your best, you must work hard, try your hardest, and never give up. However, this does not imply that you blame yourself when things aren't ideal and that you don't take failure personally.
When do you realise something is perfect? Make a mistake on purpose; as strange as it may sound, failing on purpose demonstrates that you are human and can rectify yourself as needed.
