If you aren't changing, you aren't progressing in your Personal Development.

Instead of focusing on perpetual change, concentrate on growth.
The issue with anticipating perpetual change is the necessity to
learn new habits and information. Allow
yourself time for reflection and don't be scared to go at your own pace.
That fact is that it can take up to 264 days for some people to acquire a
new habit. This should be uplifting
rather than discouraging because it provides you with the patience to
check in with yourself. Habits require
time to percolate and absorb, which gives them the best chance of
sticking.
Personal development entails change, but it should also include
periods of no transformation and periods
of rest. Allow yourself to go through phases of change instead of
focusing on constant transformation.
